| I just finished reading The Omnivore's Dilemma by Michael Pollan. Although it was not what I would call an easy read, it was informative. It really got me to thinking about HFCS additives & also about corn fed cattle. Let's see if the elimination or reduction of HFCS in my family's daily diet makes a difference! I'm gonna give it a good try.  | |
