Hello all, Ken here. Joined the site to socialize with the rest of the fact knowing people here. Glad to see the word is getting out on HFCS. Between it and fast food, both are turning America into the diabetic capital of the world.

I was going to ask also if everyone is just listing name brand items or if local store items are ok too. I know here in Chicago we have Jewel Osco, Dominick's, etc...
