Cannot consume HFCS

I am a new member. Just letting you know that I have ulcerative colitis and cannot consume HFCS. Even just a tiny amount gives me serious diarrhea, which could set off a flare. It's become very difficult for me to eat out due to HFCS being put into amount everything. I believe HFCS is very bad for the body and should be banned. I hope one day it is.

I'm glad there is a board to stop HFCS. We need to do something to get it banned.
