| I was discussing this with a friend of mine and he recommended some really nice snack and meal bars they taste really yummy and have no sugar, no hfcs, 8gm protein, 22 vitamins n minerals, 3.5gm fat. they are 12 bars for 14bucks which is pretty decent for a healthy snack the only con is that they are not available in retail store so I go on his website - if you write to them they also send out free samples check it out hope it helps www.pparikh.qhealthzone.com (search 100 calorie bar / meal bar)
