Trying to be HFCS Free

I started my journey with the participation in my church's annual fast. One of the instructions included no sugar. Well that nearly impossible to find in an American diet, because sugar is everywhere. But when I found it in the vegetable broth I was cooking my vegetables and brown rice in... I thought, "well what's the point, I'm still getting this HFCS". Thus began my journey to find HFCS free foods. I may not be able to get rid of it all, but I will get rid of the majority of it. And you wonder why America is so obese. Thank you for sites like this. It is greatly appreciated!!!
