I have just started learning how bad HFCS is for you. We make it right here in town at ADM. Sad. I have decided to cut HFCS out of my diet after finding out how bad it is for a persons pancreas and liver. Preventative maintenance? Something like that. No sense asking for trouble. I cannot believe how much stuff has it in it. What I have learned it to look for natural sweeteners. Honey, molasses, sugar and brown sugar. I don't have weight to lose, but would like to save my organs.
