Tropical Crockpot Pork Chops --- Easy and fast prep time

--- I used two HFCS free items from Safeway

Pork Chops, lightly seasoned with fresh cracked pepper and sea salt (optional)
Safeway Organics Apricot Preserves
Curry powder
Safeway Select Marinade, Mango Curry
Soy Sauce
Dry white wine

Melt some apricot preserves, add a few dashes of curry poweder, then brush onto porkchops. Place chops in crockpot and pour enough marinade (along with a few shakes of soy sauce) and white wine so that about half of the chop is in liquid.

Cook on low, different chop thickness will greatly determine the length of cooking time. Remove when fork tender. Great with brown rice and grilled or broiled pineapple rings.
