Since my child is Heridity Fructose Intollerent ,all HFC is pure poison to his body. Here is a list of foods that are HFC free and also sucrose free in the southeast. He can't et either.
Wickers BBQ sauce
Dukes mayo (only sold in the south but it can be ordered and is by lots of HFI people) HOMEMADE TASTE
Uncle Sam's cereal
Plain Shredded Wheat
Bisquick
Swanson's Chicken broth 33 less sodium ONLY THIS ONE
Smuckers Natural Peanut Butter creamy or chunkie
Mt Olive Kosher Dill Petites
Ruffles Cheddar and sour cream Chips
Kroger brand Spicy Brown Mustard
Newman's Own Family Recipe Italian (has sucrose)
Velveeta
Willams Mild pork sausage
Hebrew National Hot Dogs
Castlefoods Reserve sliced lunch meat sol at Sams and Walmart_Black Forest Ham,-Hickory Smoked Turkey, Roast Beef( just these three)
Tyson Southern Style Breast Tenderloins (JUST THIS ONE)

When I have time I will post more. I have to read every label every time i shop to keep him safe.

PLEASE LISTEN products safe in the southeast may not be safe in the north as it was manufacture at a different plant but still within the same company so labeling looks the same except under ingredents. Manufactures can and do change the sugars used accorrding to cost at the time of production. You need to read every label when you shop to stay 100% away from HFC and or sucrose.
I could have a PHD in SUGAR
