Woman with PCOS looking to get healthy without pills

Thanks alot for this site! I am of course new to the site and hope very much that it continues to grow and the awareness of HFCS spreads like wildfire. Eventually leading companies to quit with the excess use of it! I hope to be a regular visitor, and am eagar for the list of foods that are HFCS free to expand!!
