Hello, just stumbled on this site

I just stumbled across this site while trying very hard all day long to find a list of HFCS free foods! Thanks so much for having this list! I have felt for some time that it is very important to get HFCS out of my family's diet, but it always seems to slip through somewhere in my grocery shopping. I am going to try harder (and maybe have to shop without the kids so I can pay better attention)! This list should help so much!

At first, grocery shopping will take a bit longer. But after you locate brands that work for you, it actually is time saving! I know exactly which three boxes of crackers I like to buy. I no longer peruse the shelves trying to decide among a choice of 200+!
