I've never been an exercise nut, so I'm surprised at what my exercise program has become.
About 2 years ago, I tried a tai chi class and got hooked. Now I'm working my way towards being a tai chi instructor. I have a class at the YMCA for an hour twice a week, and a tai chi club that meets for an hour on Wednesday nights and 3 hours on Saturday mornings, although I don't usually do all 4 hours of club every week. But I really don't think of tai chi as exercise, even though it is.
Then about 2 months ago my doctor somehow convinced me to work out for 30 minutes every morning. So Monday through Friday I get up a half hour earlier than I used to and go to the Y and hop on a bike for 30 minutes. I'm half awake and read a book to keep myself distracted, otherwise I don't think I would have kept up with it.
