Hi everyone,
I am looking for foods free from HFCS, Hydrogenated & Partially Hydrogenated Oils, peanuts/tree nuts and colors.

I am a very concerned mom who has been trying to cut all this junk out of my families foods. 2 years ago we cut out all Hydrogenated & Partially Hydrogenated Oils and was very happy. Then a few months ago came across alot of information about the artificial colors and started cutting those out also. Now today came across alot of information about HFCS and want to cut this out as well but it seems to be very difficult alot of things on the foods free from HFCS I know have either colors or Hydrogenated oils in them, and also my son has severe peanut allergy so we have to avoid anything with peanuts/nuts or things that are made in same facility I feel like I am running out of snack ideas for my kids to bring to school or on vacations, please help if anyone has some lists of products without these!
Right now we have relied mostly on the brand Back to Nature, Annie's and Wild Harvest but not sure if they have HFCS since just came across this today! Please help, I am feeling very overwhelmed and anxious, want to do best for my kids but feel like all products have something in them that I listed above! Any ideas would be great! Thanks so much
Teri

Yes HFCS is a bad thing to eat, however on the healhy snacks you can never go wrong with just fruits. One way for kids after school snacks or during school is for you to make organic foods, and not to buy them. Kids will love them and its good for the children too! [rand][/rand]

Annie's and Back to Nature are quality products without Transfats or corn syrup, a little pricey but quality for sure.
