2 sups of sugar. We use 1.25 cups and it is still fine.
Half cup of milk
1 stick margarine
4 TBSP. Cocoa
3 cups Oats (we use Food Lion Brand Quick Oats)
1 cup of peanut butter (we use Healthy Choice smooth, not chunky)
Half TSP of vanilla
In a 2 quart saucepan, combine sugar, milk, margarine, and cocoa.
Bring to a boil.
Remove and quickly add the oats, peanut butter, and vanilla.
Roll into balls or spread into a casserole dish.
Place in fridge and cool.
If placed in a casserole dish, then it may need to be spooned out like a chunky pudding.
VERY TASTY!!!
It has replaced my craving for anything chocolate.
