Hello everyone,

I am 20 and I just recently learned about HFCS. My boyfriend read about it in Men's Health I can't believe virtually EVERYTHING has HFCS in it!! I found this website and nearly jumped for joy! Very Happy

I am currently 240lbs and have been overweight my whole life! I am looking to change that, and I think a good start is eliminating HFCS from my diet!! lol! I am so very excited to have found this website and I am going to tell the world about it!!

I am definatly going to be using THIS website to write me grocery lists for my boyfriend and I! Razz
